Q: Will Covid-19 affect my PHAROAH order?

A: At Pharoah, our top priority is the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities, and we have been closely monitoring the latest developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). 

  • Our website (www.pharoahkirk.com) remains open and we are dedicated to providing you with the shopping experience you have come to know and love.

  • Estimated shipping of available items is within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the delivery date estimate noted on the product description page and at checkout.

  • The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may return products by mail following the return instructions provided in your digital invoice.

  • The return windows for in-store purchases is 14 days from the date of your purchase.

  • Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend its safety precautions at the point of delivery. Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to physically sign for your delivery. We suggest that you follow your shipment with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

Q: Will Covid-19 impact my PHAROAH return?

A: At Pharoah, our top priority is the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities, and we have been closely monitoring the latest developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). 

Online returns: The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may return products by mail following the return instructions provided in your digital invoice. You can also return your purchase to your local Pharoah store and it must be within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. As per our standard policy, items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by their receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. 


Q: How do I know my size?

A: To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover), ApplePay, and Samsung Pay.

Q: Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your New York location?

A: At this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.

Q: What courier providers do you use?

A: All orders in the U.S. are shipped via UPS.

All international orders are shipped via UPS.

Q: Can I use a PO box for my delivery address?

A: No, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, Pharoah ships internationally.

Q: How do I exchange or return an item?

A: We are happy to exchange any product that we stock for online store credit. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Terms & Conditions page. Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased through custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased online are not returnable in-store.

Q: Will I have to pay for return shipping?

A: We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

Q: When will I receive my store credit?

A: Once returned items are received, store credit is issued within 2-3 business days upon approval.

Q: Will sold out items be restocked?

A: Yes. To be notified of any restock, please click the ‘Notify Me When This Product Is In Stock’ link located on the respective item’s product page.

Q: Where else can I find your product?

A: At this time all Pharoah products are sold exclusively on our online store, the Pharoah Flagship and at select retailers.

Q: I am placing an international order. Does the shipping cost include customs, duties, and/or taxes?

A: Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item I purchased at another retailer?

A: We cannot accept items purchased at other retailers, as these items are subject to the retailers’ own return and exchange policies. We recommend reaching out to your retailer directly to discuss returning or exchanging your item.

Q: How do I care for the items that I purchased?

A: Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. Please follow these instructions carefully. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at customersupport@pharoahkirk.com.

Q: I placed a successful order; why have I not received a confirmation email?

A: If you placed a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after one hour, please contact us to confirm the status of the order.

Q: I just placed an order; can I cancel it?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.

Q: Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed?

A: Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits.

Q: I've used the incorrect shipping address; how do I change it?

A: Please contact us within 24 hours immediately after time of purchase. Any dated time after the 24 hours, unfortunately we will be unable to make any edits to shipping addresses.

Q: I have received a defective product. What should I do?

A: Please contact customersupport@pharoahkirk.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

A: On the website, submit your e-mail address in the Mailing List field located in the footer. Upon subscription, you will receive exclusive news, seasonal updates and information regarding new product launches.
